There are a lot of reasons why this could happen. Please check this list to see if helps answer your question.

  • Are you subscribed to a plan that includes load alerts?

  • Text the word Start to (424)402-5623

    • If you did not get a reply please reach out to support

  • Is your postal code updated?

    • You will only receive alerts for loads posted that are within 500 miles of the location you have set for your zip code.
