You can manage your subscription on the website here.
Upgrade/downgrade plan
We use pre-paid billing(pay before use). If you upgrade mid billing cycle, you can expect your next cycle's bill to include any overage from the current cycle as well as the full charge for the new cycle.
Cancelations
You can decide to cancel your membership at any point in time. There is never any hassle to cancel. There are a few points to be aware of though.
Your membership benefits will continue until the end of the billing cycle. At the time of renewal, your account will become inactive and benefits will stop.
Your billing will be canceled immediately,
You will have no future charges.
We will NOT cancel your membership for you. You can do that through your online account. If you can't get into your account, we will send you a forgot password link for you to reset it. Again we will NOT cancel your membership for you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your membership is canceled. Sending any kind of email, text, call, or any other communication requesting to cancel does not cancel your account.
You will know that your membership is canceled when you have received an email confirming that it is canceled.
You can also verify that your account has been canceled by sending a text to our automated number with the word TEST
Resume
If your plan has been canceled, but you have not reached the end of your billing cycle, you can still click resume to continue the plan that you were subscribed to last.
If you wait until after your billing cycle renewal date is passed to renew, you will have to begin a new subscription and may or may not have access to renewing the plan that you were previously on depending on availability.
